**Arrival of the Berkshires**
We are elated to announce the arrival of our Berkshire hogs. Berkshires are renowned for their table quality and flavour. Also known as Kurobata, Berkshire pork is highly sought after in Japan for its marbling.
We are now taking orders and we anticipate our first delivery in the spring 2011.
